1. Service Description

BountyRaiders is a fan-made platform facilitating bounty hunting challenges in the game ARC Raiders. We act as an intermediary to hold bounty funds in escrow and release them upon successful, verified completion of in-game challenges.

We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Embark Studios, ARC Raiders, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

2. Bounty Rules & Verification

• Valid Claims: A bounty is only considered complete when the target player is successfully KNOCKED OUT and sent back to Speranza (eliminated from the match) by the claiming hunter.
• Invalid Claims: Simply "DOWNING" a player who is subsequently revived, bleeds out, or is killed by another party DOES NOT count as a valid completion.
• Proof: Hunters must provide clear video evidence or specific post-match log screenshots verifying the elimination. Ambiguous proof will be rejected.
• Moderator Discretion: All claims are subject to manual review. Moderator decisions regarding proof validity are final.

3. Payments & Payouts

• Escrow: Funds posted for bounties are held in escrow until the bounty is claimed or expires.
• Fees: A platform fee is deducted from the final payout amount to the hunter.
• Withdrawals: Approved hunters may request withdrawals of their wallet balance. Withdrawals are processed manually via supported payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Wise) and are subject to minimum thresholds, processing times, and transfer fees (fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount).
• Refunds: If a bounty expires without being claimed, the full amount is returned to the poster's platform wallet. Direct cash refunds for deposits are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Anti-Fraud & Conduct

We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. You agree NOT to:

• Submit forged, edited, or misleading screenshots/videos.
• Collude with targets to "farm" bounties (e.g., intentionally feeding kills).
• Harass, doxx, or threaten other users.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all wallet funds.

5. Limitation of Liability

BountyRaiders provides the service "as is". We are not responsible for:

• In-game bans or penalties resulting from your use of this platform.
• Loss of funds due to user error or account compromise.
• Technical issues with the game ARC Raiders preventing bounty completion.
