How to become an ARC Raiders bounty hunter and get paid
An ARC Raiders bounty hunter on BountyRaiders is a player who claims a real-money contract on another raider, eliminates them in a normal raid, and gets paid when moderators approve the proof. There is no in-game bounty system, so the whole process runs through this site. It takes about ten minutes to set up, and the only account you need is Discord.
01Sign in with Discord
Create a free BountyRaiders account by signing in with Discord. Discord is the only login; it verifies you are a real person, stops throwaway accounts, and is where moderators reach you about a claim.
There is no separate password. Click Sign in with Discord, approve the request, and you are in. BountyRaiders reads your Discord username and avatar and nothing else.
Everything that pays out on this site sits behind that sign-in, so it is genuinely step one. Browsing the board and using the Did I Win? checker do not need an account.
02Register your exact ARC Raiders display name
Enter your in-game display name exactly as it appears in ARC Raiders and confirm that Discord is linked in the game. Moderators approve a claim by matching the name in your proof against the name on your profile.
Spelling, capitalisation and any tags have to match what shows in a post-match screen. If your profile name does not appear in the proof, the claim is rejected even if the kill was yours.
You cannot claim a bounty that names you as the target, and you cannot hunt or submit proof until the profile is complete.
03Pick a bounty you are eligible for
Browse the live board, the most wanted list or the streamer bounties. Free accounts can claim bounties up to $10, Premium up to $25, and VIP has no cap. Free hunters get 2 claims a week and 2 active hunts at once.
Every card shows the reward, the tier needed to claim it, how many days remain, and the reason the bounty was posted. The reason often tells you where the target plays and how, which is the best intelligence you will get.
Bounties above $25 are VIP-only, and the $20 platform streamer bounties need Premium or VIP. If you keep seeing contracts you cannot take, the pricing page shows what each upgrade unlocks.
04Claim the bounty before you engage
Click Accept Hunt on the bounty before you fight the target. A kill made without an active claim does not pay out, because the platform tracks the hunt from the moment you accept it.
This is the rule new hunters break most. If you run into a wanted name mid-raid, check the board or the Did I Win? checker and claim it there and then, before or during the engagement.
Several hunters can claim the same target. The payout goes to the first hunter whose proof is approved, and the other hunts close when the bounty is completed.
05Eliminate the target, not just down them
The target has to be fully knocked out and sent back to Speranza, with the elimination credited to you by the game. A downed player who gets revived, or a kill another squad finishes, does not count.
Downing is not enough because a teammate can revive. Wait for the knockout, and if you can, watch the log for the KNOCKED OUT entry with your name next to it.
If you did most of the damage and someone else landed the final blow, the bounty is theirs to claim, not yours. Check your logs before you submit.
06Capture proof
Record a clip of the fight and the elimination if you can. The minimum is screenshots of the end-of-match log showing the target's name, your name and the KNOCKED OUT or elimination entry. Streamer bounties require video.
Two screenshots from the same match are fine when both names will not fit in one. Blurry, cropped or edited media gets rejected.
For streamer bounties, video is mandatory: the clip has to show how you found the target as well as the kill, because it is also how moderators rule out stream sniping.
07Submit the proof and wait for moderation
Upload your clip or screenshots on the bounty page. A moderator reviews it; approved claims are paid into your BountyRaiders wallet minus the platform fee for your tier (15% Free, 10% Premium and VIP).
Rejections come with a note. If the bounty is still live you can hunt the target again and submit better proof. Moderator decisions are final.
VIP claims go into a priority review queue. Approved payouts above the announcement threshold are posted in the community Discord.
08Withdraw your earnings
Request a withdrawal from your dashboard to PayPal. The minimum is $1, a transfer fee is deducted from the amount, and payouts are processed manually by the team.
You can also spend wallet credit without withdrawing: post your own bounties with it, or buy a Premium or VIP pass for 30 days.
The transfer fee covers the payment provider's cost, currently 2.9% plus 30 cents per withdrawal, and is shown before you confirm.
How much can a bounty hunter earn?
Community bounties start at $5 and are set by whoever posts them; the biggest contracts on the board are usually the ones with a story behind them. On top of that, BountyRaiders keeps a set of $20 platform-funded bounties on well-known streamers live at all times, so there is always something to hunt even on a quiet week. A Premium hunter who clears one $20 streamer contract takes home $18, more than four months of the $3.99 membership.
What you earn is capped less by the board than by your tier: Free hunters can claim two contracts a week up to $10 each, Premium ten a week up to $25, VIP fifty a week with no cap. See the full tier comparison.
Already killed someone? Check whether they were wanted
Paste the names from your post-match or recent-players screen into the Did I Win? checker and it matches them against every live bounty, no account needed. Remember the claim-first rule though: a match on a kill you already made only pays if you had an active claim on that bounty at the time.
The rules that get hunters banned
- Stream sniping. Watching a target's broadcast to find or track them is a permanent ban. Every kill has to come from normal gameplay.
- Farming. Colluding with a target to feed kills, or posting a bounty on a friend so you can collect it, forfeits the wallet.
- Fake proof. Edited, cropped or misleading media is a permanent ban on the first offence.
- Anything outside the game. Bounties are about ARC Raiders gameplay. Contacting, harassing or identifying a target in the real world ends your account.
The full rules and proof requirements spell out exactly what moderators accept.
