Do I have to claim/join a bounty before hunting?

Yes. You must be logged in, registered, and have explicitly clicked 'Claim Bounty' (joining the hunt) BEFORE you engage the target. Kills made without an active claim will not be paid out, as the system tracks the bounty status from the moment you claim it.

Can I get paid if I killed the target but never claimed the bounty?

No. The system requires an active 'Hunting' status to process a claim. If you stumble upon a target, you must check if the bounty is active and claim it on the site immediately before or during the engagement for it to count.

Why do I need to register my ARC name and confirm Discord is linked?

To prevent fraud and make moderation fast and fair. Mods verify your proof by matching the in-game name in your screenshots/video to the ARC name you registered on BountyRaiders. If your identity isn’t set up, you won’t be able to hunt, submit proof, or get paid.

Can multiple hunters claim the same bounty?

Yes — multiple hunters can claim and hunt the same target. The bounty is paid out to the first hunter whose proof is approved. Once a bounty is completed, all other hunts for that bounty are closed.

How long does a bounty stay active?

Accepted Answer

Most bounties run for 30 days. If a bounty expires before a valid claim is approved, it can no longer be paid out.

What counts as a valid bounty kill?

Only kills where you send the target back to Speranza (fully eliminated/knocked out from the match) count. Simply 'downing' a player is NOT enough, as they can be revived. You must provide proof of the actual elimination.

What proof do I need to submit?

Accepted Answer

We strongly recommend a video clip showing the fight and elimination. At a minimum, you must provide screenshots of the end-of-match log showing: 1) The target's name, 2) Your name, and 3) the 'KNOCKED OUT' or elimination entry. Ambiguous or blurry proofs are rejected.

What if I can’t fit both names in one screenshot?

Upload two screenshots from the same match: one clearly showing the target’s elimination, and one clearly showing your name (scoreboard/stats). This is common — the important part is that both names are verifiable from the same match.

What if my proof is rejected?

Accepted Answer

If your proof is ambiguous (e.g., only shows DOWNED, the names are blurry, the kill is credited to someone else, or the media looks edited), mods will reject it. Moderator decisions are final, but if the bounty is still active you can hunt the target again and submit better proof.

What extra proof do streamers need to submit?

If you are hunting a streamer (or claiming a VIP streamer bounty), you MUST provide video proof (Clip or VOD timestamp). Screenshots alone are not accepted for high-value streamer bounties to prevent fraud.

Are streamer bounties different and do I need VIP?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bounties on verified streamers often have much higher payouts and are restricted to VIP members. This ensures experienced hunters handle these high-profile targets and provide high-quality video proof.

Is stream sniping allowed?

Accepted Answer

NO. Stream sniping (watching a streamer's broadcast to find or track them in-game) is strictly prohibited. All kills must be organic — you find the target through normal gameplay, not by watching their stream. Proof showing suspicious timing, pathing, or third-party overlay will be rejected. Repeated violations result in a permanent ban. Fair play only!

What if someone 'steals' my kill?

The bounty is awarded to the hunter who is credited by the game with the elimination. If you do 99% damage but another squad lands the final blow, you cannot claim the bounty. Check your game logs to be sure.

What happens to my money if a bounty expires?

Accepted Answer

When you post a bounty, the amount is held as on-platform credit (escrow) until the bounty is completed or expires. If it expires (typically after 30 days) without an approved completion, the full amount is returned to the bounty poster’s BountyRaiders wallet as credit. You can use it to post another bounty, or request a withdrawal. If you have any questions (or need help cashing out to PayPal/Wise), ask us in Discord — we’re transparent and reply as soon as possible.

How do I get paid?

When your claim is approved by a mod, your payout (minus the platform fee for your tier) is added to your BountyRaiders wallet. At launch, withdrawals are processed manually (PayPal supported; other methods like Wise may be handled via support depending on region).

A small platform fee is deducted from hunter payouts to cover moderation and operations. Free tier payouts have a higher fee, while Premium/VIP hunters pay less.
